The official Belgian edition was published in Paris, with title: Correspondance diplomatique relative à la guerre de 1914-1915, II "The translation contains only those portions of the book which are material to the position of Great Britain, namely, the whole of the first part and section 10 of the second part, which deals with the accusations brought against Belgium of having concluded a military agreement with Great Britain." cf.
